We work closely with our client list of construction companies, developers, architect practices and local authorities and always adopt a partnership approach to our work. We are happy to implement and interpret designs provided by client architects or indeed to assist in the design process itself. We have a unique ability to understand both the design process and concept and have practical knowhow and an encyclopaedic awareness of the current landscape trends, methods, products and the available plant material. We are constantly learning in this fast changing industry and generally consider our company to be at the forefront.
We have a first class supplier network operating throughout Europe and are able to source even the most difficult and rare species of plants and trees of every conceivable size. If it exist and is available we will find it. We listen to our suppliers and take note of their ideas and products and provide practical criticism and feedback as required.
We pride ourselves on never having to advertise. Our order book is filled with repeat business clients with whom we have worked with for many years and we work for some of the largest companies in construction. We welcome new clients and our current client list has evolved from recommendations and as staff have moved from one company to another we have moved with them. Although we see that as a real complement we are never complacent.
In short we are a professional company with a hands on approach to landscaping. We take care to make our landscaping projects an enjoyable process for all concerned and providing the finishing touch that makes all the difference to the immediate and long term effectiveness and establishment of our schemes.
There is a trend in construction to have a more professional, trained workforce. We have embraced this and invest heavily in staff training in both vocational skills and in the safety aspect of site work. As such we now probably have the most highly certificated workforce in northwest. As a company we have worked closely with our partners at Safety Solutions and are CHAS approved and SMAS certified.
Our staff are 100% CSCS qualified with a third holding management grade cards and CITB (Construction industry training scheme) certificates (SMSTS & SSST). All are qualified as manual handling assessors, Risk Assessment trained, ROLO certified and we hold a host of plant operators licences, herbicide spraying certificates and the list goes on.
